Of course every CORIOLISS product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your styler or any other CORIOLISS product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
ENTER YOUR CORIOLISS CUSTOMER AREA
If your Corioliss product is within 14 days of the order, you can activate the return.
If the product is defective, after the return request, we will send you a return label by Email.
PREPARING THE PACKAGE
Place your styler/product into secure packaging, the original packaging and its contents are not needed.
In the package you will also need to include:
A copy of your proof purchase *Original paperwork will be destroyed and not returned
The printed Return Form
Attach the pre paid postage label to the outer of the package
SENDING THE PACKAGE
We highly recommend that you use a registered insured delivery service. This will allow you to keep track of your package.
The package should be sent to the address on the pre-paid label produced at the end of the returns form process.
PRODUCTS WITHOUT DAMAGE
Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
